Before You Proceed
The Red Fox Run HOA board is entirely volunteer-run. Every member holds a full-time job, is retired, or has other responsibilities outside of HOA duties. This page is designed to answer your questions completely so neither party has to waste time on unnecessary emails or calls. Please read it before reaching out.
How the Process Works

Submit this form. Complete all four sections below and submit.

Confirmation screen. If your submission was successful you will see a large green confirmation screen with your confirmation number.

Board review. Allow 3–5 business days. This is a volunteer board with no management company. Reviews are completed outside of regular work hours.

Approval contact. The board will reach out by email or phone to confirm approval and schedule your pickup appointment.

$100 fee due at pickup. Payment by check only, made payable to Red Fox Run HOA. No online payment is available currently.

Disclosure packet picked up in person. The handbook is included in the packet. The handbook must be physically given to the new homeowners. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to make sure the handbook is delivered to the new owners.

Annual dues are $180 per year, billed annually. Dues cover common area maintenance and HOA operating expenses.
No. Red Fox Run HOA is entirely self-managed by a volunteer board of residents. There is no third-party management company involved.

No. The RFR HOA Handbook is proprietary. It is provided in physical form only and must be handed directly to the new homeowners at pickup. Digital delivery is not available under any circumstances.
Check only. Make payable to Red Fox Run HOA. The $100 fee is due at the time of pickup. No online payment, credit cards, or cash are accepted.
The packet includes the RFR HOA Handbook, which contains the governing documents, covenants, bylaws, fee schedule, rules, and all amendments. This is the complete disclosure package required under Virginia law.
Pickup location and time will be provided when the board contacts you to schedule the appointment. It is typically arranged at a board member's residence within the community.
